Hans Zatzka, Austrian 1859-1945. A turn of the century oil on canvas genre scene with two young women in a landscape, the first a simple farm girl holding a rake with a backpack full of wildflowers and the second a bonneted urban girl in a Pink silk dress depicted as she drops a small basket of flowers while she climbs a fence at the end of a wooded path. Signed lower right "H Zatzka". Some craquelure, canvas mounted on masonite. Image 28 x 18 1/2, framed 31 x 23 1/2" overall. ESTIMATE $8,000-12,000
